Pinhole Camera Project
Pinhole Project
The Pinhole Project was really fun! During this project we actually made pinhole cameras and project boards, and took pictures with our pinhole cameras. I learned that a pinhole camera works when light shines off an object and enters the pinhole of the camera. When the light rays go into the pinhole they criss-cross and the image appears upside down on the photo paper.
I think my pinhole project board turned out great and looks very professional. I put a lot of time and effort into it and am very proud of the final product. (See the top left picture below.) I think that my pinhole camera turned out okay, but I could have made it look better. If I had the opportunity to do it again, I would change the outside appearance of my camera to make it more appealing to the eye. Finally, I think my pinhole picture turned out pretty good. The picture is of a plant. I enhanced it by adding the color green to make it look more like a plant and also added an effect to it in Photoshop. What I like about this picture the most is that I took it with my a camera I made myself!
We presented this project at our first High School Exhibition and I feel we came out with a great final project.
